Summer is Running out and Buyers--NOW IS THE TIME!

As Summer is quickly winding down, it is now the time for the buyers in the Austin Market to get off the fence! So many new home buyers feel no urgency right now, but the reality is that the Austin Real Estate Market is very different to other real estate markets nation-wide. Many buyers are finding the right home and deciding, 'let's go on vacation and then we'll put the offer in when we're back'...YIKES! I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but buyers WAKE UP! Homes aren't staying on the market long, and especially not this summer! Make sure if you find the right house now--MOVE on it! With less and less inventory as Fall approaches, there is likely to be far LESS inventory come late August and September (due to the school year starting).
