Pat Vincent, CRS, GRI
After starting her career in Fort Wayne Indiana, Pat Vincent has been a realtor since 1993. Pat and her husband Eric have five children, Rudy, Sadie, Jon, Hallie and Addie. Four of their children have graduated, and one is still currently in the EANES I.S.D. Their children are active in the community as well as their church, St. John Neumann Catholic Church.
Pat have several strengths that allow her to bring the best to her nearly 200 past clients. A few of Pat's many skills include her professionalism and knowledge of the Austin Real Estate Market, and also an expertise in the workings of the Austin school systems and community programs available.
She has had many recognitions in her field, such as a top 20 Austin agent in 2003, and repeatedly a member of the Coldwell Banker Million-Dollar-A-Month Club. She is an expert in relocation and is one of the USAA Relocation specialist. In addition to these highly esteemed awards, she also maintains education within her field, keeping current with innovative ideas and technologies that benefit her clients. Pat Vincent has a Real Estate license in Texas and Indiana. She currently has over 20 years of Real Estate experience.

Sadie Corrie, Team Assistant
Sadie Corrie has lived in Austin for over 16 years. She graduated from Westlake High School in 2001. After graduation, she attended the University of Texas at Arlington and quickly became involved in the Zeta Tau Alpha Sorority, later becoming President. She graduated Cum Laude from UTA in 2005. After college graduation, Sadie moved to Europe with her husband David to pursue his dream of playing professional tennis. After achieving their goal ranking 300 in doubles, they decided to move back to Austin.
When they arrived back in Westlake, Sadie taught 5th grade for three years, while David started his career in the financial investment field. Although teaching was very fulfilling, she recently decided to join her mother in the Real Estate field in 2009 to take advantage of the opportunities in the Austin Real Estate Market. Pat Vincent, her mother, has been a respected real estate agent for 20 years and she is very proud to be a part of her team. Sadie Corrie aquired her Real Estate License in Texas and practiced Real Estate as part of the Pat Vincent Team from 2009-2012. Sadie recently became a mother for the first time, so she is now an assistant to the team not practicing Real Estate.
Deb Renelt, Team Assistant
Deb Renelt grew up in northern Minnesota but made her way to Austin in 1994. At St John Neumann she met and married her husband Joe. They moved to Minnesota in 2000 to have their children, Sarah and Jacob. They made their way back to Texas in 2010 by way of an over two year stop in the St. Croix in the US Virgin Islands. Deb completed her degree in Social Work at St. Edward’s University. She has worked in the field of social work as Service Coordinator for Early Intervention, a daycare owner, and Child Protection Social Worker.
When they arrived in Texas of course they contacted Pat Vincent to help them find their new home. While searching for their new hom,e Pat and Deb rekindled an old friendship which grew into discussion about real estate. Pat’s Real Estate business has continued to soar even through tough economic times and it became clear that she needed additional help - Deb was the perfect fit. Her organizational skill, attention to detail, and creative background is what the team needed. Deb is proud to be part of the Pat Vincent Team because she knows firsthand what a difference a diligent, motivated, hardworking, and honest agent can make in the sale or purchase of a new home. Deb Renelt is the personal assistant of the Pat Vincent Real Estate Team.

Eric Vincent, Realtor
Eric Vincent, husband of Pat Vincent, has recently joined the Pat Vincent Team after having his Real Estate Licence since 2000. His real estate experience includes property management, leasing and sales.He has lived in the Weslake area of Austin, Texas since 1993. All 5 of his children went to EANES schools. His children were also active in sports and other extra curricular activities through the school and in their community.
Although Pat and Eric have been married over 30 years, Eric has only recently began working with his wife and daughter. He feels very blessed to be a part of the Pat Vincent Real Estate Team.
